KyckGlobal is seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to support and grow our business. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Founder and CRO as well as other company leaders. This position is responsible for all sales activity in supporting deals throughout all cycles including market opportunity assessment and development; pre-pitch research and intelligence, determining the buyer, and modeling; creating pitch decks and proposals; pricing; contracts; installment and on-going account management. The position is based in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Work with the CRO in creation of a comprehensive sales strategy through four key areas: lead generation, qualification, recommendation and close.
  • Continually gather and analyze market data and industry trends.
  • Consistently develop comprehensive competitive knowledge.
  • Work with prospects on a strategic level, understanding both short-term and long-term goals. Build value messaging based upon each prospect’s unique needs.
  • Proficient at demonstrating solutions focused on value rather than feature/function.
  • Consistently and accurately maintain a solid timeline of customer activities within the CRM.
  • Research contacts and understand prospective customers to determine their business needs. Follow the sales process and maintain contact with prospects to ensure successful closure of funnel opportunities.
  • Generate new business and drive major expansion business initiatives with current customers.
  • Deliver compelling and memorable value-based messaging to key decision makers and influencers.
  • Provide aggressive and professional sales lead follow-up and follow-through.
  • Achieve/Exceed performance objectives.
  • Track sales metrics and ensure they are well documented in CRM.
  • Participate in projects that support goals and objectives.
  • Work as a team member with other departments to secure customer expectations are met. Facilitate meetings as needed with these departments as part of the sales process.
Qualifications:
  • Must have worked in either a start-up or rapidly-scaling, high growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales preferred.
  • Must have a consultative sales approach capable of navigating a complex sales process 6-12 months into role.
  • Driven, self-motivated, goal- and results-oriented, disciplined person. Capable of “figuring it out as you go” and comfortable in an opaque environment, being given responsibility with little direction, and failing fast and moving on to next objective.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

KyckGlobal is seeking a highly motivated and driven Compliance Manager to help build out our product offering and process. The Compliance Manager will work closely with the Founder and CPO as well as other company leaders. This position is responsible for ensuring the company adheres to all bank, card brand and payment related compliance, regulations and obligations.  This position will also assist with the establishment of overall compliance efforts, including agreements and contracts, customer due diligence, underwriting, onboarding and risk assessment. The position is based in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Work with CPO in creation of comprehensive compliance and risk strategies.
  • Establish, refine and monitor processes related to compliance, regulations and contractual obligations with fulfillment partners and card brands.
  • Ensure the Company’s compliance with laws, regulations, and subjects related to funds disbursement and payment operations.
  • Perform and review customer compliance risk assessments to make onboarding decisions and manage Company’s risk exposure.
  • Assist with testing and monitoring of customer compliance. laws/regulations/subjects pertaining to processes to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and assist other Company departments to ensure compliance.
  • Review advertisements, websites, and complaints to ensure compliance/quality control.
  • Coordinate, manage and facilitate internal audits in partnership with external partners, vendors and regulatory agencies.
  • Create, update and maintain risk and compliance policies and procedures documentation as well as related training materials.
  • Act as subject matter expert on risk and compliance related questions across the company.
  • Manage additional risk and compliance projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 2 years of previous risk and compliance experience in the payments industry.
  • Knowledge of the laws, regulations and subjects applicable to bank sponsorship and payments processing.
  • Driven, self-motivated, goal- and results-oriented, disciplined person. Capable of “figuring it out as you go” and comfortable in an opaque environment, being given responsibility with little direction, failing fast and moving on to the next objective.

KyckGlobal is seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Analyst to help build out our platform, product offering and new features and functionality. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Founder and CPO, the SVP of Engineering and the engineering team. This position is responsible for taking the larger product vision and turning it into actionable requirements for the development team to produce marketable products.  A hybrid of product manager and business analyst, this position will be the primary lead on building out a next-generation platform from the ground up.  The position is based in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Work with CPO in creation of the core platform, product extensions and new features and functionality.
  • Actively contribute to the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead projects independently, gain consensus across stakeholders and continuously identify and mitigate risks.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify business needs, outline processes and gather requirements.
  • Create and refine user stories and requirements for the development teams.
  • Prioritize and manage product and project backlogs.
  • Document business processes, user workflows and other artifacts to aid the development team in delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Act as the front line in the first wave of user acceptance testing to validate work completed by the development team.
  • Create, maintain and update product documentation and artifacts for internal and external distribution.
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 2 years of previous experience as a product manager or business analyst.
  • Experience in working with on-shore and off-shore teams.
  • Hands-on experience with writing user stories and coordinating third-party integrations.
  • Proven track record of operating autonomously and taking a project from inception to delivery.
  • Proactive and pragmatic with a desire to continuously learn.
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
