Job Title: Development Team Lead (FT)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Buckhead)

Looking for an enthusiastic candidate who enjoys working in an Agile start up environment.  The role will involve hands-on coding with node.js, DynamoDB in AWS environments leading code reviews with onshore & offshore teams, assisting with architecture and design efforts to innovate the ultimate next generation digital disbursements platform.

What You Will Do

  • Perform code reviews with Angular, node.js and AWS DynamoDB integration
  • Code web components and services based on MVC coding best practices
  • Collaborate with the architecture team about scalability architecture of the overall platform
  • Collaborate with the product team to deliver new customer-facing features
  • Wield significant influence over technology and implementation decisions
  • Look for opportunities to optimize and scale software, database and infrastructure
  • Own and approve service integration and code branching strategies
  • Provide oversight and ownership of the overall platform development and its architecture

What You’ve Done

  • Had 5+ years of experience as hands on software engineer
  • Had 3+ years of experience leading engineers
  • Built progressive web apps with Angular 8 & 11 or a similar framework
  • Built and consumed RESTful services and HTTP APIs with Node.js
  • Built integration code to AWS DynamoDB
  • Optimized Dynamo DB indexes
  • Built scalable solutions using AWS
  • Used bitbucket, JIRA, Slack, Confluence
  • Worked with No SQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra
  • Worked with cloud-based platforms
  • Worked in a Scrum, SAFe environment
  • Worked with offshore teams
